Spicy Pork and Prawn Lettuce Parcels

2 teaspoons pink curry paste (ready-made paste)

1-2 teaspoons chopped pink chillies
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon tender brown sugar
2 teaspoons grated lime rind
three tablespoons finely chopped roasted unsalted peanuts
